Responsibilities include:
- Facilitate popcorn fund raising effort throughout the pack.
- Educate leaders and families to ensure that the popcorn fundraising effort is performed consistently and by BSA guidelines.
- Delegate responsibilities to pack leaders for assistance.
- Coordinate popcorn orders with the council.
- Arrange pick-up and distribution of popcorn orders and prizes throughout the pack.
