Responsibilities include:
- Conducting orientation of new families and pack leaders.
- Training new leaders and pack committee member for their specific position, using material provided by the BSA.
- Encourage pack leaders to attend ongoing training.
- Remaining current with training material and program updates.
- Keeping track of pack training records.
