Responsibilities include:
- Plan, prepare for, and conduct den meetings with the assistant den leader.
- Ensure that a leader is available for all den meetings and activities.
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship and open communication with the den families.
- Lead the den in its participation at pack meetings.
- Attend pack leaders' meetings.
